Aquaosmo | Osmosis Water System

Description

The Aquaosmo system is a device for producing osmosis water with the reverse osmosis process, suitable for clinics with high water hardness. The elaborate filtration system consisting of sediment and carbon filters, resin and osmotic membrane, guarantees the production of high quality water suitable for supplying the autoclaves and all equipment in the studio in accordance with EN13060 (<15 μs/cm). Designed to be connected directly to the autoclave after installation of the Aquabox device, Aquaosmo can supply from 2 to 4 autoclaves at the same time if fitted with a 12-litre capacity external storage tank kit and can also be fitted with a nozzle that allows water to be dispensed manually. Aquaosmo does not require a power supply as it works with water pressure, and it can be installed directly on a worktop or inside a cabinet. In 2022, Aquaosmo was completely redesigned to offer the best filter performance and reliability while reducing maintenance. In addition, Aquaosmo has a lower environmental impact thanks to the use of one less resin than the previous model, and impact protection made of paper instead of polyethylene foam.

    • Speed : Thanks to the complex filtering system, it can deionize 1 litre of water in 20 minutes
    • Capacity : The optional 12 litre tank means that it can supply up to 4 autoclaves at the same time.
    • Practicality : It does not require a power supply as it works with water pressure, and it can be installed on a worktop or inside a cabinet.
    • Instant fitting : The Aquabox device allows Aquaosmo to be connected directly to all class B autoclaves.
It can supply up to 4 autoclaves
Water production 1 L of water every 20 min.
Min/max. supply pressure 2 / 8 bars
Conductivity of incoming water Max. 800 µS
Dimensions 300 x 160 x 350 mm (L x W x H)
Weight (empty) 5.3 kg
Edit
New Aquaosmo: improved in every way > Optimised resin The reduction in the number of resins from 2 to 1 allows a 25% reduction in consumables for the same performance compared to the previous model, reducing the environmental impact. > Simplified maintenance The set of filters and resin used is reduced from 4 to 3 compared to the previous model for a simplified management of spare parts. The membrane is now replaced every 24 months, the filters and resin every 12 months. > Anti-flooding system as standard In the event of faults or problems resulting in water leakage, the anti-flooding system promptly interrupts the water flow. > Increased sustainability Thanks to the 50% reduction in resins used and the use of paper instead of polyethylene foam impact protection.
