Thermal-welding standard sterilization pouches made of heavy weight (60g\/m2) white medical paper coupled with a light blue polyethylene\/polypropylene layer. Three sided weldings with impermeable and uniform canals for the highest microbe protection. The changing chemical colour indicators verify the sterilization process by steam or EtO gas (ethylene oxide). Appropriate peeling without the release of paper fibers or laceration of the film at the moment of opening the packaging. In full compliance with 93\/42\/EEC (and subsequent amendment 2007\/47\/EC) and EN 868-5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

\n\u2022 Steam method: pink colour turns brown after sterilization in an autoclave;
\n\u2022 EtO gas method with ethylene oxide: green colour turns yellow after sterilization in an autoclave.<\/p>\n

Tips:
\n\u2022 Carefully examine the size of the items to be sterilized. No more than 3\/4 of the volume of the packaging must be taken up by the contents;
\n\u2022 Make sure that there is a gap of at least 3 cm between the item to be sterilized and the seal;
\n\u2022 The sealing strip must be at least 8 mm wide to conform with the EN 868-5 standard;
\n\u2022 Protect any sharp points with special covers;
\n\u2022 Use an absorbent gauze to prevent any lubricated turbines and wands from soaking the paper with oil;
